Eat good food — Fundraise for Daily Market! |
Posted March 1st, 2010
From March 1st through 13th, from 3pm to 7pm Monday through Saturday, Graze Eatery will donate 10% of all sales to Daily Market! The newly opened sandwich and salad shop is located on Colville Street, across from Macy’s. Owners Becca and John Lastoskie are big supporters of local farms and food and have operated a panini stand at Farmer’s Market the last few years in addition to their superb catering buisiness. Please treat yourself to one of the best meals in town, and show your support both for GRAZE and Daily Market.

Hello East-of-the-Cascades Friends!
I’m loading up the Blubaru (that’s my blue Subaru) with weapons of
mass delight and heading to the town that's so nice, they named it
twice. My arsenal this year includes a long neck banjo (built in
Pendleton OR by Verne Marr), and a Guild D-40 guitar. I'm bringing my
humorous stories, user-friendly songs, and acoustic folk philosophy
that's guaranteed to leave you smiling. I'm also bringing a brand new
song stolen from some friends at Puget Sound Guitar Workshop called
"The Walla Walla Waltz". I hope you can come out and join me for some
sing-along fun. Bring your family and friends. Here are the details:

Snowy days are a great time to plan for spring gardens! Daily Market will be selling seeds again this year through Territorial Seeds. Fill out an order form (available in a paper format at the store, at our January and February potlucks, and online here) and write your check to Daily Market. Orders will be sent at the end of Jan and Feb and we expect the packets to arrive 6 weeks later. The sale is a fundraiser for the co-op so you can support us just by planting a beautiful garden of tasty food!
